Save the Pool

As you know the pool has been out of commission for the past few years due to lack of funds, there is a new push to get the pool running and a couple of members have made sizeable donation towards this cause.

The plan is to assess the damage and begin repair in Q1 2022.

If you are interested in supporting this cause, either with funds, or skills please contact any member of the board.

Donations can be sent directly to Ken Lippa with a note stating funds are for the pool.

The goal is to have the pool repaired and running as soon as possible.

I think many of you would agree the pool is the central social gathering place and helps strengthen the community.

Welcome to our new homeowner Ted

Ted was introduced to Paraiso Escondido by another new homeowner Dale and Pauline Floyd. Initially Ted purchased a nice home one row off the beach, but then later decided he wanted beachfront. Now Ted has 2 homes in the complex and we would like to take this chance to welcome him and his family to Honduras.

Welcome to our new homeowners Dale and Pauline.

Dale and Pauline bought Richard’s beachfront home on Casa 2 in April and have already been down to Honduras for a visit. I am pretty sure it was a good trip as they are already booked to return in January. Dale has joined the HOA board and is actively recruiting his friends to buy homes in Paraiso Escondido.

In fact another one of Dale’s friends is in the process of buying Casa 30 and may very well end up like Ted and buy a second beachfront home.
